One of Seth Raynor's last designs, a par-70 course in Cincinnati's Indian Hill with a complete set of his template par 3s on rolling, ravine-cut land.

Camargo was among the final courses Seth Raynor laid out; he died in January 1926 before it was finished, and the course was completed after his death. It sits in Indian Hill on the eastern edge of Cincinnati, on rolling ground broken by valleys and ravines, and it has no water hazards. At roughly 6,650 yards and par 70 it is short by today's standards, but the greens and bunkers keep scores honest.

The layout is a showcase of Raynor's templates. All four of his standard one-shotters are here, the Redan, Short, Biarritz and Eden, and many consider them his best set; there is also a Valley, a Leven, an Alps with a Punchbowl green and a Road hole. The greens are large and squared off, the bunkers deep and geometric. Tom Doak's restoration in the early 2000s returned bunkers to Raynor's style and re-expanded greens that had shrunk. The club favors steady upkeep over splashy projects.
