Jacob Bridgeman comes from Inman, South Carolina, where he won three individual state titles at Chapman High School. He played at Clemson while studying mathematical science, won five college events, set a school record for career rounds in the 60s and was named ACC Golfer of the Year in 2022.
After finishing second in the 2022 PGA Tour University ranking, he turned pro and earned his PGA Tour card through the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023. A steady 2025, with four top-five finishes, carried him to the Tour Championship. His first win came at the 2026 Genesis Invitational, one shot ahead of Rory McIlroy, and he added the Biltmore Championship Asheville later in the year before playing on the winning U.S. Presidents Cup team.
