Nicolai Hojgaard

Nicolai Hojgaard is one of Denmark's twin golfing brothers; his twin Rasmus is also a tour winner. As amateurs the pair helped Denmark win the 2018 Eisenhower Trophy, and that same year Nicolai won the European Amateur and a professional event on the Nordic Golf League. He turned professional at the start of 2019.

He won the 2021 Italian Open a week after Rasmus won in Switzerland, making them the first brothers to win in back-to-back weeks on the European Tour. A long, aggressive driver of the ball, he added the 2022 Ras Al Khaimah Championship and played on Europe's winning 2023 Ryder Cup team.

His biggest win came at the 2023 DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, where a closing 64 gave him his first Rolex Series title. He now splits time between the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, and briefly held the solo lead during the third round of his 2024 Masters debut while paired with Scottie Scheffler, before finishing tied for 16th.
