Tyrrell Hatton

Tyrrell Hatton is an Englishman who qualified for the 2010 Open as an amateur and then came up the hard way, winning on smaller UK mini-tours like the Jamega and EuroPro circuits before two seasons on the Challenge Tour. A top-ten finish in the 2013 Challenge Tour rankings earned him a European Tour card for 2014.

His first European Tour win came at the 2016 Alfred Dunhill Links, where he matched the Old Course record with a 62, and he defended that title a year later. He went on to win five Rolex Series events, including the 2020 BMW PGA Championship and 2021 Abu Dhabi Championship, and took his lone PGA Tour title at the 2020 Arnold Palmer Invitational. He has played on four Ryder Cup teams, three of them winners.

Hatton is an elite iron player and known for wearing his emotions openly on the course. He joined LIV Golf in 2024 as part of Jon Rahm's Legion XIII and won at LIV Nashville that year. He has kept winning on the DP World Tour too, adding another Dunhill Links and the 2025 Dubai Desert Classic, and won LIV Andalucía in 2026.
